Pentecost Sunday
+ We join our hearts in prayer for a greater respect for human life from conception to natural death.
+ We pray for peace in Ukraine, Russia, Sudan, the Middle East, and throughout the world.
+ We pray for an end to the violence that plagues the cities and communities of our nation.
+ We pray for just and humane solutions to the challenges of human migration and those fleeing their homelands.
+ We pray for doctors, nurses, and medical personnel who are overwhelmed by their responsibilities in caring for the sick.
+ We pray for greater attentiveness and care for those struggling with mental illness.
+ We pray for cooperation between nations in caring for our fragile earth.
+ We pray for the sick and the recovering.
+ We pray for those about to be ordained to the priesthood and diaconate for ministry in our diocese.
+ We pray for our young people now preparing to receive their First Holy Communion.
+ We pray for all who are sick, hospitalized or recovering from injury, illness or surgery, especially Father Thirb Millott.
+ We pray for all who have died, especially those brave men and women who have given their lives in service to our country. May the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest
in peace.
+ We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our parish community and all our ministries.
