We are stewards of the gifts God has given us, and sharing them generously in ways small and large gives us the opportunity to use them for His work. Many parishioners contribute a range of skills and time commitments to make our parish flourish, enhancing our lives and connections with each other in the process. Please consider helping in some capacity for one of the needs expressed below, or any of the other activities described throughout our site.
Twice a year, one week in December & one week in May, parish volunteers help ease the pain of family homelessness by reaching out in unconditional love to support them in their time of need. We do so by preparing and serving an evening meal each day and hosting in the evening and overnight at their new stable location, 91 June Street, Worcester. We also host a Christmas party for them in December, complete with gifts purchased with donations from our very generous parishioners and the arrival of Santa Claus. Most importantly, by extending them our hospitality they experience Christ's love, comfort, strength, and companionship for their journey. "For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you welcomed me." Contact Terri King in the Parish Office at 508-835-3606 for more information.
A St. Vincent de Paul Donation Bin is located in the rear of the Church parking lot. Watch the bulletin and the web site for collections of special items to help support winter clothing drives, the Christmas giving programs, and the Thanksgiving Baskets and Easter Basket projects.

West Boylston Ecumenical Food Pantry - First Congregational
Meets the first Wednesday of the month from October to June. We gather together in the parish hall for a time of prayer, sharing, and working on our individual projects. Prayers are woven into each stitch of the shawl so it is a sign of God's loving presence and a mantle of comfort and peace to the one who receives it. Our shawls are given to the ill, shut-ins, to those in nursing homes, to the grieving; to those celebrating a significant birthday, marriage, birth of a child, graduation. Yarn and help is available to those who need it. All ages and levels of expertise are welcome.
Rides needed. We are in need of drivers to bring parishioners to Mass who would not otherwise be able to attend. Contact Terri King for more information or to volunteer Parish Office.
General Clerical Help. If you have some time to share during regular office hours, we could use help with various clerical tasks from time to time, such as parish mailings. Please contact the Parish Office.
Lectors are entrusted with the important task of making the word of God come alive in the weekend Masses and at other special liturgies during the year.
