40 Church Street property July 5th Update:

All the necessary steps involving the parish and the Diocese have been taken. Approvals granted. Completion of the sale should be taking place within the next few weeks.

Exterior Front church steps and walkway July 5th Update:

The front steps are in place. Work on the walkway is now underway. We anticipate the completion of the project within the next couple of weeks. Once the front entry area is complete we will need to address the north side entrance to the church. The steps have severely deteriorated over the past few years.
