In order to best understand the varying comfort levels on returning to in-person instruction, and to be in compliance with all state and diocesan safety standards, final decisions regarding learning format (in-person, hybrid, and/or remote) and scheduling (weekday evenings and/or weekends) will be made once total registration numbers are realized.

Please provide any comments on the form regarding family learning preferences, needs, etc., to the degree that it may help this decision-making process.
